The week of 24/7 work lasted all the way to Tuesday at 5pm. 🙂 I’m still having a hard time unwinding from the adrenal surge and getting backing into a normal daily routine. I fell asleep EARLY last night.
In spite of the last couple of weeks, I have still managed to work out 4 out of 5 days. You would have laughed at me today. I headed out side to try to run on the PAVEMENT.. and half way through my run I had to pee. Yep. And if you run.. you know that it hurts to have a full bladder and run. Needless to say.. I did more walking than running today. I’ll redo that day tomorrow.
Check in on the goals:
- Work out at least 4 times a week (elliptical, bike, treadmill) – Just completed Week 3 of Couch to 5k.
- Weight Watchers online. I’m keeping track really well. Didn’t eat hardly enough yesterday or today. hmmmmm that could cause problems later.. need to keep it in check.
- No more soda.
- Slowly start cutting back on sweets/carbs. Yep… had Chicken marsala and pasta today at Carraba’s and it was so yummy…
- Drink 1 gallon of water a day. 🙂 wooty woot. I LOVE CRYSTAL LITE!!!
I’ve just completed week 5, I have lost a total of 9.0 pounds.. it equals 3.85% of my weight almost the 10 pound milestone…. and I am not going to be disappointed that I gained 0.5 this week. Eve has done this to me.. 🙂 LOL! I’ve done well this week and am choosing to give myself a break!! 🙂
It’s prom weekend in our house.. I’ll be the one in the corner shaking her head that my kiddos have gotten this old. AND I WILL NOT STRESS EAT!
What do you do to keep from stress eating??
You're doing a great job! Don't be disappointed :0)!
(I can't help with the stressful eating tips…since I have that problem too!)
Keep up your good work!
Great job on keeping it up. You may actually see a larger loss after the effects of Eve's choice leave. 🙂
You have done really well! And if you mean what I think you mean by your Eve comment, well, this week doesn't count as a weigh in anyway, right? 🙂
A gallon of water a day is AWESOME. I think I'm going to make that my new goal.
You know that muscles weigh more than fat, right? Just your exercise alone could account for that half-pound gain. But that's what you want — muscle, not fat. Keep working at it!
